A couple of tutorials come to mind that may help you with your
situation.
This tutorial shows you how to reset the user account password:

And this tutorial will show you how to enable the built in
administrator account:

Just be sure to give the new administrator account a password that you
can easily remember. Only use this account if you have trouble accessing
your PC.
