i cant open any explorer

i cant go to any website using IE 7 or Mozilla firefox, both says me that IE
cant show the website, actually the only explorer window where i can go to
websites is the Ares Internet window, i tried, restoring windows, router
firewall, microsoft forums, IE 7 forum and the common solutions from IE 7
itself.
If someone can help me please soon, because i donÂ´t know in how much time
this window will be unable.
