Can't open autoupdate

Hello,

After I updated Winxp with sp2, I can't setup automatic update radio button.
Now radio button is gray, I can't activate it.Please help me. Thanks.

I tried to install this patch, but system said it's old than your current
system files. So it can't be installed.
Do you have another ideas? thanks.
