Can't open link / application from start menu

I have recently installed Drive HQ File Manager from the net. After that I
could not open office applications from start menu and could not open some
applications from the task bar like that blue tooth menu. neither blue tooth
menu can be opened from my computer. please help to rectify this problem.

Since the problems occurred immediately after installing this
third-party file manager, uninstall it. If you wish to use it, contact
the program's tech support people for a patch, workaround, resolution.
