i can't open my window media player.

when i open my window media player it doesn work and it has symbol of x with
a red colour... im so tension now.... what i supposed to do?
and when i open the music it not have any sound even i have open my volume
to 100% what happen to my dekstop?

if I understand you correctly, if you open WMP you see all the songs in the
library but there is the red X in front of each song.
This means the music is no longer in the location where WMP expected it to
be.

In the library tab > add to library > point to the folders containing your
music
