Cant open ONE particular site

I have no problem connecting to Internet etc but all of a sudden, I cannot
open page for one secure https site that I have been using without problems
for several months ..now keep getting a notice Windows could not open that
page. Have deleted all cookies, checked to see that SLL boxes are clicked
and even tried turning off my Norton ..but still cant access just that one
particular https site. I suspect the change may have occured after an
automatic update of either Windows XP or my Norton. Anyone have any ideas.

IE version? Your problem as it pertains to Windows Update?

FOUND THE SOLUTION: The problem was in my Links Router ..disconnected it for
a few minutes ..reconnected and now https site works fine. Must have not
liked something that happened during Windows update. Hope this helps others.
