I uninstalled flash player but now it won't install again. I found an issue
in Microsoft about this problem and there's a download for SubInACL from
Microsoft "to fix permission issues that prevent the Flash Player
installation". After downloading this you must also download the
"reset_minimal.zip file. This extracts to reset_minimal.cmd and must be in
the same directory as the subinacl.exe. You then run (double-click) the
*.cmd file and it's supposed to solve the problem - BUT it didn't! I think
these instructions don't apply to Windows Vista! Now I can't install the
Flash Player and I can't run ANY files that need this! What do I do next??
