Can't Open Tools\Options\Network Tab

I cannot open the Network tab under Tools\Options in WMP10. I'm running XP
Pro SP2. All othre tabs can be opened. The Network tab is present--it just
won't open. I tried rolling back to WMP9 and re-installing which didn't help.
How can I get the Network tab to open?
