cant open win update, bluetooth competr settings (properties)

Hi
Mi configuration ( HP ProBook 4510s vith vista business)
I have problem with some "pop up" blocking
When I tried installing win update or opening Bluetooth connection or when i
tried to click with left button on computer to open properties all this think
show me only something like pop up and that windows disappeared
It means that I can’t install update connect Bluetooth device etc.

Can anybody help me?

I tried finding solution with seller of me notebook we change motherboard an
Bluetooth device but it still happed.

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., Vista SP1; Vista 64-bit SP2)
when posting in a forum or newsgroup. Please do so in your next reply.

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?

Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on the
computer (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought
it)?
