can't operate the contol panel button

hi, everytime i push the control panel button the screen crash and back to
the desktop screen again. anyone can help?

it's some days that I have the same problem, random on different pc. After
different reboots and some hour it start working again normally.

Panel group is empty or crashes, and it's not more possible to print. In
event viewer no errors, only one warning in pc startup that the registry is
in use or not available.
