Can't play video in IE7 Vista Home Premium

I have a video server in my store so I can watch from home. It uses JAVA for
play. I go to the IP and I get a login page. After login it will start java
and a 4 way windows pops up. This works fine from my XP machine but when I
use my Vista Laptop, after the login page I get a (404 this page not found on
server). I have downloaded the latest JRE from sun and no different.
