can't print after updates

I see I am not the only person that is having problems printing!!!
We had updates several month's ago and our HP printer will not print from
EMAIL, INTERNET WINDOWS, ETC> Click on control panel and find default printer
and print
test page , all is well.That is the only thing that will print.
We run several business's and I think microsoft owes us some answers and fast.

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) in your
first post.

Have you contacted HP about this?

Is KB953839 installed?

Did WU offer you printer driver updates that were not from HP? If so,
uninstall them and get the latest printer drivers from HP NOT from WU.....
