Help, please! This problem started about 3 weeks ago and is getting frequent.
Some of my pop mail from long-standing correspondents does not appear on
opening and looks like a blank page. Can't see what I'm typing in reply. If I
forward it, the receipient can read it. To read the mail, I have to edit the
message and turn it into HTML. I've checked all the settings and updates and
can't find anything wrong. Running Windows SP3; Office 2003 on XP pro.

There is no WIN XP SP3 - well not yet/if ever.
Do you mean Office 2003 SP3 perhaps???????????
Search for an appropriate Office group within that web interface into which
you are posting - unless this issue is windowsupdate related.

Service Pack 3.

Have just fixed the problem within the last hour - there was no font
specified in 'read plain text' option because I'd deleted it when changing my
settings.

Thanks

Many thanks. I've literally just identified my problem - I'd deleted the font
in the 'reading plain text' option when changing my settings.

[There ain't no "Windows SP3." You may have meant OL 2003 SP3 running in
WinXP SP2.]
