Cant remove the menuline

Well, after I uninstalled a Java Emulator, the menuline was stuck, i
the sence that I can't remove it by going t
Organise->Layout->Menuline.

Sorry, no problem. Try Method Three in this tutorial to see if it wil
remove the menu bar instead

Still dosn't remove it :

Isn't the value stored somewhere in the registry

Try ToolBar Cop from http://windowsxp.mvps.org/toolbarcop.htm

The program was written for XP / IE6 but appears to be safe for Vista. You
should backup the registry before using Toolbar Cop to delete a toolbar or
extension.
