Can't Remove SP2! 2 Serious problems!

I installed SP2 on WinXP Pro, but it caused severe problems. I used
Add/Remove Programs, and SP2 was removed. However, I experienced some non-SP2
related problems, so I used System Restore. However, the ONLY past date I
could choose was the day I installed SP2. After that, SP2 was running once
again. I wanted to remove it, but Add/Remove Programs did not show it at all.
I tried to run the spuninst.exe to remove SP2, but that file and its folder
was missing! I could not use System Restore again nor could I do anything!

I installed SP2 again because I thought that would reinstall the uninstall
files (including spuninst.exe) but that didn't help at all. I could not
recover the uninstall file.

What should I do? Is there a way I can remove SP2 manually? Or is there a
way I can get the spuninst.exe file?

I know that SP2 is here to help, but it only caused problems for me.

A repair Installation will remove SP-2...as well as the other updates:
