Cant Run Windows Update on Windows XP Pro X64 with SP1

I recieve Error number: 0x80092026
I have Reset all Explorer Security Settings to default and now I am locked
out of updates anways...

I have the same problem im working on solving this problem
please feel free to send any input or solution.
I think the problem is in the program
