can't run WLM 2009 in Win 7

When I start to run WLM, the main window doesn't disappear. A msnmsgr.exe
process is showed in task manager. But the process can't be killed by
whatever way. So I can't shutdown my computer. It is blocked at the logging
out stage. I have to press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to force
shutdown.

To make WLM works well, everytime I have to delete the registry:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger

Can anyone tell me what the ****ing problem is ?
