Can't see contacts pictures

Dear All

I have two installations of WLM, both same build, 0566, and both with "show
display pictures of contacts" in the tools|options|general section.
One shows the contacts' pictures in the main window, one doesn't. Is there
another setting somewhere?
The picture appears when I'm actually in conversation, just not on the main
window.

Greetings Joe,

Make sure that 'Show Details' is selected in the Manage Contacts menu (click the two green
arrow button in the contact list, right of the word wheel (find a contact field).
