can't see display pictures from others

I can't see my contacts display pictures and they can't see mine eather.

got any ideas?

oh and i forgot to add that this is WLM thats doing this.

Hello,

First, please make sure in Menu/Tools/Options - Personal, under My Display
Picture you have checked Show my display picture and allow others to see it
And in General tab, under Displaying My Contacts it is also checked Show
display pictures from others.

Please respond here if it worked or not.

Do you happen to be using ZoneAlarm? If so, there are some issues with the
firewall, however there is a fix for it. You can find a nice tutorial on how
to fix this issue at:

ive already checked those and there ticked. it still wont work

yes i dont use ZoneAlarm ill try and do the thing that it says on the tutorial
