Can't see if contact is online!

Hello,

Few days ago updated to WLM 8.0.0812.00, and one of contacts become always
offline. With one-two previous versions it's a same.
Contact - can see me, send me winks, requests etc. as I'm online for him.
Me... I can't do anything except write messages up to 130 characters like to
office messages. Rest of the contacts are okay and no problem with them.
I tried to run WLM logged in this contact on one of machines in my network -
same result - it can see me, I can't, definitely it's not a network problem.
Maybe there is some property, "switch" which was put by mistakeby that user?
Also I tried to delete .NET Passport to re-register again, but didn't find
where to do this.

Just now realised one more opportunity to check - I run web messnger - same
story. So it's something with contact's account. It's WLM branch of
discussion, but where do I "go" with this, passport's problem? Where to
check, which settings or where someone could help me?
