I've just put in an new hard drive, reinstalled the o/s, programs, etc, and
have just re-installed WLM 8.1 Beta (which I was running just fine before my
computer crashed), and this time, for some reason, I cannot see my contact's
display pics (just the blue trademark head/shoulders in the display pic box)
nor can I receive other's personal messages. I've ensured I've got the
latest .NET Framework and updates installed, and have set the options to see
the display pics of my contacts, but it's not working!!! What am I
missing/doing wrong?
