Can't see selected online stores in WMP11 - 'Error Contacting serv

Hi,
I just downloaded WMP11 as part of a complete reinstall of my computer. I
reselected my 2 online stores (microsoft & Tiscali) but it won't show them
under the Media Guide tab (MG shows fine). It simply says each time: 'Error
Contacting Service - Please Try Again Later'. How do I get it to work please?
