Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab, and then deselect the Always show icons, never thumbnails check box.

Well, I can't see the thumbnailsof any photos, I just see the standard
thumbnail of the hill and a lake, not the one of each photo. I really don't
know what do to, any help I'm thankful for.
