Can't select the I agree button on Windows Desktop search setup

When I download the update and it gets to the screen where you usually put a
check in the "I agree" section; the words go off the right side of the
screen. It's like the items on the page are too big for the small setup
screen. I can't continue with the update since the "next" button is not
selectable. Please help.

*Right click* a blank spot on the Desktop and choose Properties
Click the Settings tab
Click the Advanced button
The General page should be open
Under DPI setting, set it to Normal size (96 DPI)
Click Apply, OK, and OK once more

I did and it was already set to 96 DPI. I even tried settng that different
and still can't see it.

Right click a blank spot again and choose Properties, again.
Click the Appearance tab, then the Advanced button
In the Message Box window, click on Message Text.
What is the setting for the Font size of Message Box ?
