Open Internet Options in the Control Panel
Click the Programs tab
Click the Manage Add-ons button
** Disable the BitComet add-on for now **

Initiate a manual visit to Windows Update

Reenable the BitComet add-on after updating

What is the error number yo receive, it could be one of 3 problems 1 -a
problem with the ActiveX. 2- or a corrupted software distribution file 3 or a
setting driver needs to be entered ie : the wuweb.dll andwith your muweb.dll,
but I cannot help you until you give me the Error number, I had the same
problrm a week ago but I was able to fix it and now It works... Microsoft was
supoposed send a fix, but they just want your money, buy the Windows and
leave you in a lurch, I have become a real expert seeing as this is the
case...

Give me your error Message (Bit comit is nort a windows product Green" the
problem is 1 of 3 but I need thenr error number you receive when Updates
fails it is found on the right side of the screen . After you see the failure
notification
you get a list of error numbers and the repair but If you do not see your
error number there, the problem is with the activeX or the software
distribution or the 2 dll files muweb and wuweb is probably corrupted or one
or both do not exist ...
