Can't send and receive emails

I got this error message everytime send and receive email.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Did it ever work for you with those settings?
Is your Yahoo email account a free one or a paid one?
US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no
POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...op/pop-14.html

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com
