I need help for I can't send any e - mails through windows mail. Help !!!!

You haven't given us any details. What happens when you try?
Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so, right-
click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
