i cant send e-mails

my windows mail dont let me send any mails the error is
Subject '', Account: 'hot1', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '250 8bitmime', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error:
250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not enabled.

Also, although it is currently not an issue for you, for that server we recommend
using port 587instead of port 25 .
