can't send email

what do i need to do?

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject '', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Incorrect Server name....................... Server: 'SMTP'. You can't send
e-mails out with this setting.
Base on what you did, are you successful receiving e-mails at all ?
Call you ISP, ask them for their in-coming and out-going server names.

You start by telling us who your mail service provider is.
If you don't know, what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
