Are you at home (connected to roadrunner)? You have to be, in order to use
their email SMTP server.

Roadrunner doesn't require SSL.
Tools - accounts - (youraccount) - Properties - Advanced
uncheck "[ ] This server requires a secure connection (SSL)"
