i can't send email

i am getting the same error message as "pixiechick". have tried all
suggestions nothing seems to work. please help.

You have the *exact* same error message? Not very likely.

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.

Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

now it seems i've really broke my email. i've tried all suggestions, now am
not getting or sending email.i'm at a loss i don't know where to start with
this posting

What suggestions? No one made any suggestions to you because you did not
post your error message. Never assume you have the exact same problem as
