cant send emails in window mail

can some one help me just new to windows mail,I have 3 other email addresses
yahoo & gmail also thunderbird, which i use mainly for all my personal
letters. but all working fine but i somehow get a terrible lot of spam mail
80 per day in windows mail and cant send any out,? ?

Well, we don't want you to send any spam out... ;-)

Actually, I've found Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail to have pretty
effective spam filters. They come in, but they get moved to the Junk folder.

When you try to send a message, do you get an error message? If so,
right-click on it, select "Copy".
Then paste it into a reply here, and perhaps someone can help.

Using your correct return address in newsgroups makes it easy for
spammers to get your address. Also, many spammers trade
lists of addresses with each other.

Windows Mail allows more than one email account, but puts the
incoming mail from all of from into one Inbox. For email providers
that haven't written setup instructions for Windows Mail yet, their
instructions for Outlook Express should work under Windows
Mail if they don't call for the HTTP protocol.

Yahoo has different servers and different setup requirements
for several countries. To use yahoo.com under Windows
Mail, you have to either pay extra or install YPOPs:

For Gmail, their instructions describe both an IMAP method of
connecting and a POP method. Choose one of these, and don't
