I am having the same problem as Fany. I have not been using the
handwrite/drawing feature, as I cannot send anything to anyone, and no one
can send to me. Simply closing Messenger and re-starting it does not fix this
problem, nor does re-starting the computer. There is nothing anywhere in the
“Help” files for this issue, and it is extremely frustrating. One of the main
reasons to use WLM is to send messages…
