Cant send mails with windows Mail

Hello,

since i have moved to my new flat, i cant send mails with windows
mails.
I just can recieve them.

I havent changed anything in the settings, so I dont know, whats
wrong.

Anyone there, who can help me?

Are you still using the same ISP as you did at your previous address?
