i am setting up a business email account and can't send recieve;

The connection to the server has failed. Account:
'pop.secureserver.net', Server: 'pop.secureserver.net', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 80, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I had norton on this computer previously and uninstalled as suggested
on other posts.
I checked my port and have tried 80/25/995/110 and others. i have on
all my other computers either 80 or 25 except one is 995. I also have
tried having the SSL on and not neither works any help would be
appreciated. thank you

For a POP connection, the port should be 110, not 80. Port 80 is for HTTP
traffic, port 25 is the standard SMTP port, and port 995 would be a special
port to allow SMTP traffic when not connected directly to the network owning
the SMTP server. See if this page helps:

That server requires port 110 for receiving, and port 80 for sending.
Don't try random ports. Always use the ports and other settings
specified by the provider of that server.

Not sure what you're talking about.
Windows Mail cannot do anything with a .ost Outlook file.
