I just bought an hp laptop with media center 2005. It came with an external
dual tv tuner. I do not have cable tv or a cable box, I get my tv from
rabbit ear antenna. I tried using the antenna in the TV1 slot of the tuner,
but all I get is snow. How can I use this tuner? By the way, is this tuner
only for analog tv or for digital tv too? Maybe that's the issue. Thank you

rabbit ear antenna.
How do you get HD Television like 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 or 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 <<<
Digital television
Conversion from analog to digital <<<< you need the box just like that Old
television or you can Buy a New hp laptop
/// just like when you run out and Buy that new HD Television //// Saying I
do not need that Box when I can buy a new HD Television ///<<Hmm Now you
need that Box for you hp laptop......
If you Have the BOX Put the laptop Tuner on 3 /// and Tune at the BOX

the tuner on your hp laptop not a Digital-Tuner <<< 1, 13 < it's a Analog
Tuner

While we are waiting for you to give use the make/model number off of the
tuner. The following may help the tuner may be a hybrid analog/digital
tuner if it has both a TV1 and a TV2 connection. If it is the odds are that
the TV2 connection is for the digital tuner with which you can get the local
OTA digital broadcasts with your antenna. Also if a hybrid the odds are
that the analog tuner does not have an MC compatible encoder chip so it can
not used with MC.
