Can't share some drives?

I have a Vista PC with 2 USB hard drives attached. I can share 1 but not
the other and have no idea what to do to share both. Help please!

Please define "share" in this context. Networking? And please tell us
exactly which version of Vista.

Home Premium. I am trying to share a USB external HD that is attached to
the Vista machine but "sharing" is grayed out. I have a 2nd USB external HD
attached to same Vista machine that IS shared and I have no idea how I
shared 1 but cannot share the 2nd.
