Can't show other 2 hard disks in my computer

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-8I945P Pro, I have 2 maxtor 250G HDD and 1
Hitachi 180G HDD. I used matrix raid and made the maxtor HDD into two raid 0
HDD and left Hitachi HDD non-raid. I installed vista into one raid 0 HDD
successfully. In device manager, it can show up all 3 hard drivers but in my
computer, it only shows drive C that I installed vista, other 2 hard drivers
missed.
Could any one help me to solve this problem.
