cant sign in to messenger!!

Hi just wondering if someone could help? everytime i go to sign into
messenger recieving this message::::: ERROR CODE 0x8100031d. I would be so
grateful if someone could help, im on windows xp .. thankyou jacky

Hi Jacky, uninstall messenger and reinstall it. See what happens
