can't sign in msn

i have msn live 8. and i have been trying to sign in since several days but i
keep getting error codes. like today the error code is 80072746. i am shure
the interent connection is running properly and this problem is just on the
laptop i am using i also tries signing in from ma bro's PC and it still won't
let me sign in. If possible does anyone have any suggestions.
