Can't sign out of spaces

I can't seem to get signed out of MS Spaces. I get a screen that signs me
out of the other MSN services, but not spaces.

I just realized that the Outlook Toolbar needs desktop search loaded to
install. Does the Weather add in need something else to install? I can get
it to install on all users except the Owner/Administrator--I removed and
redownloaded everything on this account--now I can't get the Weather Add In
to complete the install--it finds an error in a temp file--says network
error occurred reading from temp...etc. I have cleaned out my temp files
thinking that might be the problem, but no go.

I have 2 other Users that have their own User Profiles and Desktop screens.
Is this the reason I can't sign out of Spaces--because the other 2 users
have my name on their hotmail list? Since Fast User Switching is off, I
can't see why this should matter. The accounts in each user profile should
be closed at log off.
