I can't skip a disk check and it freezes all the time

I asked a disk check and every time that it's start it freezes in the first
step in 8-9%. I have to disconnect the battery to start the computer again,
but I can not skip the disk check (press any key doesn't work at all). I
don't know what to do any more. Please, could someone help me???

I would suspect a hardware fault, possibly RAM, probably hard drive, could
be a system board problem as well. If you are not skilled at hardware
troubleshooting, find someone who is and enlist their assistance.

Try booting into safe mode to get around the diskcheck. If this works
you can try and diagnose the problem by looking into your error logs.

Failing that try booting fron dvd, you will probalbly have to go into
your bios to get the laptop to boot from dvd.

Your manual will tell you how to do this as not all laptops are the
same to get into the bios.
