After installing SP2 on our XP machines, they no longer receives updates
from WUS, I noticed that they also can't update from Microsoft Website
directly. Upon futher checking, noticed that the BITS is not starting
automatically, and I can't start it manually. Rec'd the following info in
Event Viewer:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7024
Date: 4/30/2006
Time: 9:11:47 PM
User: N/A
Computer: ADMIN08
Description:
The Background Intelligent Transfer Service service terminated with
service-specific error 2147500053 (0x80004015).

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. FYI, already deleted
the downloader folder from C:\Document & Settings\All users profile.
