Can't start EAC - no permission

This is really bizzare. I installed EAC (Exact Audio Copy) and it was
working fine. Got a virus/Trojan. After disinfection when I try to start
EAC I get:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have
the appropriate permissins to access this item. "

When I try to edit permissions I get: You do not have permission to view or
edit this object's permission settings

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Yes, I'm logged on as
Admin.

WTF!!!!

When you install it, do you right click the installer and 'run as
administrator'?
