Can't start Windows audio-service error: 0x80070005: Access denied

Hello please can anyone help me.

On my dell latitude d810 i can't start the audio service.
the local service account can't start the audio service with a access denied
error.
all the other services wich are dependent are started without errors.

i tried the sfc /scannow and looked in the cbs.log file but no errors for
the audiosrv.dll file

What seems to be the problem?
