Can't stop screensaver from loading

I did a fresh install of Vista and for some reason I can't get it to stop
loading the Windows screensaver. I have all the power options set to NEVER
and I always shut the monitor off at night, but every time I turn it back on,
that silly screen saver is running and I make sure it's set to NONE before I
shut the monitor off. How can I stop this thing from loading? I always make
sure I click Apply and then OK when I set it to NONE.

In the Set-up, the power option is S4, should I change that to something else?

Never mind. I found out that it's the latest build of Windows Live OneCare
that is doing it.

I have the same problem. Anyone have a fix?
