Can't sync Contacts

Just installed 3.7.1. Exchange Server 2003. Outlook 2000 SR-1. Ipaq 4155.
PPC 2002.
Sync'ing directly to server. Calendar and Inbox sync fine. But can not
get ANY contacts to sync. Removed all contacts on PPC, unchecked sync
Contacts box. Soft reset. Check sync Contacts box. Sync -- still no
contacts. Deleted partnership & set up new one. Nothing works. This is
very frustrating. Any ideas?

Hi,
Did you install activeSync after Outlook? Also, have you tried installing
the latest service pack for Outlook? I believe SR-3 is out now -
