can't sync inbox with outlook and MIS - only one or the other

Hi,

Is it possible to sync the inbox with outlook, then to take the PDA away and
sync with an MIS server? I am using oulook XP, exchange 2003, pocketpc 2003,
active sync 3.7. When I set up the inital partnership, if I tell it to sync
with an MIS server, when cradled, the inbox,calendar and contacts say 'see
sync status on device', in the activesync program. Thus they do not sync
when cradled, but do when using MIS. Likewise if I uncheck 'sync with
server', then they do sync via outlook when cradled, but not with MIS as the
PDA is then not configured. Although this may be possbile to achieve if the
user manually configures the PDA to sync with an MIS server when not
cradled, there has to be minimal, if no user involvement of the sync
process.
