Can't Transmit Video & Audio Intermittent

I am running WLM version 2009, build 14.0.8089.726.

I receive my contacts audio and video, but my contacts cannot receive my video and the audio is broken up (garbled).

I have a Windows XP machine w/ SP3. No McAfee--only Windows Firewall with WLM allowed. My audio and video check out OK using the audio/video test program in WLM. I uninstalled WLM and reinstalled and have run registry repair program "System Mechanic".

What else can I do to repair this problem?
