Have you tried the following
- Right-click an empty spot on your desktop, select "Personalize
- Click "Windows Color and Appearance
- Click "Open classic appearance properties for more color options
- Select a "Color scheme" other than one of the "High Contrast
items..
- Click O
If that didn't help, then if your display driver has added an extensio
to the desktop right-click menu, then you might want to try that rout
to see if perhaps your display driver is applying it's own "Hig
Contrast" settings
